Cancellation & Non-Attendance Policy

At Protec Physio we are committed to providing high-quality, timely care to all our patients. As appointment times are reserved exclusively for you, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Missed appointments (non-attendance or late cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at the full appointment fee.

To secure your booking, a valid payment card is required and securely held on file. By booking an appointment, you authorise Protec Physio to charge this card for any applicable fees in accordance with this policy.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at the clinic’s discretion in genuine cases.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other patients. The full appointment fee will still apply.
