What is Runner's MOT?

Our Runner's MOT gives you a personalised advice from a running specialist Physiotherapist. In this 60 minute session we will dive into every corner of your running habits including current training plan, sleep habits and more. We will perform functional tests, muscle length tests and look at your current running style on the treadmill. We will provide you with tips on how to improve running efficiency, and provide a personalised exercise programme to minimise risk of injury.
