Alison is the Practice owner and principal Physiotherapist at Protec. She has over 25 years’ experience in assessing and treating musculoskeletal disorders within the NHS and private practice. Special clinical interests are within the areas of occupational health physiotherapy and persistent pain.

Fflur, Co-Director of Protec, qualified as a Physio in 2008 and has worked providing Physio in the NHS and within the Council’s leisure Centres, where she manages the Orthopaedic Lifestyle Management Programme, helping to improve health and well-being in the wider community.

Owain, who is local to Porthmadog, qualified from Keele University in 2017 and has since been working for Betsi Cadwaladr NHS Trust and now specialises in musculoskeletal outpatients, orthopaedics and sports injuries.
Owain has a passion for rehabilitation, as he has experienced several injuries himself so understands the challenges of acute and persistent conditions.
